What are your opening hours?
Mon–Thu: 10:00–19:00 (last admission 18:00)
Fri–Sun, public holidays, and extended holiday periods: 10:00–21:00 (last admission 20:00)
Do you have any closing days?
Yes. Please check our official website or social media for closure information.
Are there lockers for storing luggage?
Yes. Visitor-only lockers are available at the 3F entrance (free of charge).
Is there a stroller parking area?
Yes. A stroller parking area is available at the 3F entrance (free of charge).
However, please note that spaces are limited.
Do you offer barrier-free services?
<Facilities>
• Multi-purpose restrooms are available on 3F and 4F.
• Elevators are available for getting around the facility.
<Projection Experience>
• There are no Zones or content that you cannot experience.
• As this facility mainly offers projection experiences, Visitors with visual impairments will experience audio only and may not be able to fully enjoy the experience.
Are there any prohibited items?
You may not bring in any of the following items:
・Alcoholic beverages
・Beverages without lids (other than plastic bottles and water bottles)
・Large baggage or items exceeding 50 cm in length (suitcases, umbrellas, monopods, tripods, etc.) *Please use the stroller/large baggage storage area
・Strollers *Please use the stroller/large baggage storage area
・Hazardous, odorous, or perishable items (e.g., fresh flowers)
・Living creatures and pets (excluding service animals)
・Other items deemed dangerous by staff
Is eating and drinking allowed inside?
Eating and drinking, including candy and gum, are not allowed on the experience floor. If you need to take medication or drink water, please speak to a Staff member.
Wonderia cafe offers food and drinks, so please feel free to stop by.
Can I take photos or videos inside, and post them on social media?
Photos and videos may be taken, and you may post them on social media. However, the following are prohibited:
・Use of photography accessories such as monopods, tripods, or excessively long selfie sticks
・Flash photography
・Live streaming
・Commercial photography or media coverage without prior consent
・Other actions that may disturb surrounding Visitors
Are there any prohibited activities?
The following activities are prohibited:
• Eating and drinking (including candy and gum) and smoking
• Entering while heavily intoxicated
• Behavior that disturbs other Visitors
• Using megaphones or walkie-talkies
• Filming for streaming or commercial use
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is a parking lot on B1F of BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai Tower.
Fees: ¥800/hour, maximum ¥2,400
Times Station Yokohama Kannai can also be used as an affiliated parking lot for BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai.
Does Wonderia Yokohama offer parking validation?
Wonderia Yokohama does not offer parking validation.
What are the supported devices for the "Wonderia App"?

In which countries is the "Wonderia App" available?
The availability of the "Wonderia App" and its supported countries depends on the terms and conditions of each app store (App Store or Google Play) as well as your personal account settings (country or region).
To check whether the app is available in your country, search for "Wonderia" in your device's app store.
Please note that, depending on your account's country or region settings, the app may not appear in search results or be available for download. Also, pre-downloading is not possible on devices that do not support Google Play. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the last admission time?
Mon–Thu: 18:00
Fri–Sun, public holidays, and extended holiday periods: 20:00
Can I re-enter or leave partway through my visit?
Re-entry after exiting through the exit gate is not permitted. If you need to leave early, please speak to a nearby Staff member.
Can visitors of junior high school age or younger enter alone?
Junior high school students may enter on their own, but children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
Can I enter with a stroller?
Strollers are not permitted inside. Visitors with babies must enter while wearing a baby carrier.
Can I enter with a wheelchair?
Wheelchairs (including powered wheelchairs and rollators) are welcome. However, mobility scooters (handle-type powered wheelchairs) are not permitted.
Do you offer wheelchair rental?
Yes, but quantities are limited.

Can I enter late if I miss the admission time on my Ticket?
Please arrive within the time shown on your Ticket. If you arrive after the specified time, you may be required to wait for an extended period, or we may not be able to admit you.
Can I buy Tickets on-site?
If Tickets are not sold out, you can purchase them at the 3F Entrance Counter. However, if your preferred time slot is sold out, Tickets will not be available for purchase on-site.
Can I buy Tickets on the day of my visit?
If Tickets are not sold out, you can purchase them on the day of your visit (via the ticket page on the official website or on-site).
Can I cancel, get a refund, or change the date/time after purchasing a Ticket?
If you purchased via the ticket page on the official website, you can only change the date and time. Changes can be made up to two hours before your admission time, up to three times.
Cancellations and refunds due to customer convenience are not accepted.
I want to give my Ticket to my companion. How do I distribute it?
From "Distribute Tickets" on the Ticket screen, select the Ticket(s) you want to distribute. Follow the steps to send them to your companion.
Can I cancel Ticket distribution?
You can cancel the distribution from "Edit Distributed Tickets" on the Ticket screen. If you cancel, the recipient will not be able to enter. The number of people who can enter with your Ticket(s) will increase by 1.
What payment methods are available for Tickets?
Payment methods differ between online and on-site purchases. Cash is not accepted for any purchase.

Do I need proof if I purchase a student Ticket?
Yes. You will need to present proof upon entry. Please bring proof (student ID, commuter pass, etc.) when you visit.
Is there a discount for visitors with disabilities and for their caregivers?
Visitors with disabilities and one accompanying person can purchase Tickets at the disability discount rate. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket page on the official website. Visitors with the following certificates are eligible for the disability discount rate.

Please present your disability certificate at entry. If you are accompanied, please enter together.
