This Privacy Policy is originally prepared in the Japanese language, which language shall control, and any translation in any other language shall be for reference only and shall not bind the Customers or the Company.

Security Measures

The DeNA Group has established a Personal Information Management Committee and an Information Security Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and President, and has developed and operates a group-wide Personal Information and information security management system.

In addition, in accordance with the policies of the Information Security Management Committee, an Information Security Management Supervisor has been appointed by the Committee to oversee information security management operations. The Information Security Management Supervisor leads DeNA CERT, a cross-functional team composed of members from multiple departments including the security department, information systems department, legal department, and corporate planning department, and works to improve daily security measures.

Handling of Personal Information on Linked Sites

Links to external websites may be posted on websites operated by the Company, in email newsletters, on social media, and elsewhere. Personal Information registered on such external websites is not under the control of the Company, and the Company cannot assume any responsibility for such information. When registering Personal Information on external websites, please confirm the privacy policy of that website.

Requests to Customers

Websites operated by the Company may protect Customer registration information with IDs and passwords. Please manage your ID and password under your own responsibility.

To ensure the safe use of websites operated by the Company, please refrain from posting Personal Information of others or yourself on websites operated by the Company.

Updates to Privacy Policy
